Providing our members with improved health and wellness
through an educational focus based in the wisdom of the vedic sciences.
A sister science to Yoga, Ayurveda is an out-of-the-box modality that guides you in improving your health and wellness—in a way that is uniquely suited to you.
The Ayurvedic Health Center has a big toolbox to draw from, including diet and foods, herbal formulas, exercise, massage, specialized treatments, purification programs, and education.
If you are ready for an innovative and creative approach and are motivated to feel better, we are probably a good fit for you.
Ayurveda is an out-of-the-box modality. The practitioners who work here—and the clients and students who grace our doorstep—tend to be out-of-the-box, too.
If you are ready for a innovative approach, Ayurveda might be what you have been looking for.
We are probably a good fit for you if you resonate with the bulk of these statements:
- Western medicine has little to offer me at this point.
- I am ready to enter into a working relationship with a practitioner—and my body’s intelligence.
- I am ready to commit to improving my health and wellness.
- I am looking for a guide to lead me through the terrain of improving health and wellness.
- I am ready to invest in myself.
- I am ready to change.
- I value a proven modality.
- I value a relationship with the natural world.
- I prioritize proactive and preventative self-care.
- I take responsibility for myself.
- I am looking for non-judgemental support.
- I am looking for a holistic approach.
- I am interested in a creative, out-of-the-box approach.
- I am interested in a specialized approach.
The Ayurvedic Health Center specializes in working with people who have complex health situations — for instance: skin disorders (ie: psoriasis), anxiety, fatigue, digestive issues (ie: Crohn’s, IBS), nervous system disorders (ie: Parkinson’s), and female reproductive issues. A state of optimal health is an active practice, and we work best with those who are committed to being stewards of their well-being over the long term. If you are someone who is ready to make health and wellness a lifestyle choice, we can show you the tools that will work best for you.
We also specialize in offering Pancha Karma purification programs for those who are ready to undergo a deep, personalized process of resetting the digestive system, detoxification, and deep nourishment of the body’s tissues. This is typically a month-long process. You receive an individualized handbook and curated collection of delicious recipes. Daily Ayurvedic treatments last approximately 2 ½ hours, giving your nervous system time to fully let go of the stresses of daily life.

- karma —> our actions and their consequences
- nourishment —> what feeds us
- transformation —> our evolution and growth
My wish is that you gently release what no longer serves you on all levels of your body and being.
My colleagues and I strive to help you move towards greater health and wellness; to be safe and protected from harm; and to live in, be filled with, and surrounded by love, light, joy, truth, peace, grace, compassion, tolerance, unity, and understanding.
