Mint Chutney

This chutney is reducing to Pitta dosha.


  • food processor


  • 1 c. fresh mint leaves
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 apple grated
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut shredded


  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
  • You may want to add water to get the desired consistency.
  • Store in a glass container, in the refrigerator.
