This chutney is reducing to Pitta dosha.
- 1 c. fresh mint leaves
- ½ lemon juiced
- 1 apple grated
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger chopped
- 3 Tbsp. coconut shredded
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
You may want to add water to get the desired consistency.
Store in a glass container, in the refrigerator.
