Zucchini Linguini

  • peeler
  • larger pot

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchinis

Instructions

  • Holding the zucchini in your hand, use a peeler to peel off a long strip.
  • Continue this process to create long noodle-shaped pieces of zucchini.
  • At a certain point there will not be enough space to hold the zucchini and you may want to thinly slice the remaining piece.
  • Cook in boiling water as you would pasta and serve.
