Join co-instructors Kate and Juliet to dive into the heart of yoga and understand how you’re effected by different yoga asanas/poses. Learn how to customize your practice for your unique dosha/constitution. This series is appropriate for all levels, including beginners. We’ll explore the 5 vayus/directional winds of prana, asana, pranayama, meditation and healing ayurvedic practices for women.
