No matter which of the three digestion types you have, the Blissful Belly program is able to help.

Using the tried and true model of Ayurveda, we will guide you through determining your digestive type as well as your Ayurvedic constitution (dosha). With this information you’ll know which track to take: Kapha, Pitta, or Vata.
