The Rejuvenate Phase is the last leg of the journey.

We consider this last section to be the most important because we know how—at the end of the process—you may be looking forward to going back to some of your old habits. This section provides the mental fortitude you will need in order to make the new diet and lifestyle recommendations a sustainable reality in the long term.

Until now in the program we have focused on the physical aspects of digestion; it is this part of the program that leads directly to improved energy and health. This section focuses and builds directly on what you have already been doing in order to support your mind in sustaining your newly found healthy lifestyle.

How do we support a healthy lifestyle?

True health addresses the holistic person and encompasses the physical, mental, and emotional aspects. While the Blissful Belly program has primarily focused on foods and nutrition so far, we have used the wholistic approach of Ayurveda to also plant seeds to nourish and sustain the other aspects of you.
