I made this little video demonstrating a face massage that you can do for yourself whenever you need to be refreshed. Face massage also supports lymphatic flow for better immunity. Really! And did you know that you can clean your skin with oil instead of soap and water? It’s an ancient tradition that feels soooo good. Add in marma points and essential oils, and you have a simple treatment that will help you look and feel radiant.
