Do your eyes ever feel achy or tired? I know that at the end of a day spent working on my computer, my eyes feel “done,” if that makes sense.

Eyes are meant to be constantly changing what they are looking at: up, down, left, right, close up, far away—forming a composite image of the world around us. When we hold our focus at a consistent point in space for long periods of time, the muscles that hold and control the eye have to work hard to maintain that position. For short periods of time this is ok; for longer periods of time this can be a problem.

Eye exercises to the rescue! Eye exercises are an effective self-care practice that you can do almost anywhere, anytime (except while driving…). Watch our video to learn how to do this simple routine.
