This recipe uses dairy yogurt. If you don’t tolerate yogurt well, use the coconut yogurt recipe.
- ½ c. yogurt
- ½ c. water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp. cardamom powder
- 1 tsp. fennel seed powder
Mix the spices into the yogurt, then mix the water into the yogurt-spice mix.
Allow to sit, unrefrigerated, for at least 3 hours.
Drink at the end of a meal or as an in-between meal snack.
