This recipe uses dairy yogurt. If you don’t tolerate yogurt well, use the coconut yogurt recipe.
- ½ c. yogurt
- ½ c. water
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. fennel powder
- pinch salt
Mix the spices into the yogurt, then mix the water into the yogurt-spice mix.
You may drink this after a meal or as an in-between meal snack.
