Ingredients

  • ¼ c. raisins soaked overnight
  • 2 c. water divided
  • ½ sweet apple grated
  • ¼ c. rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. ground flax seed
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger minced
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp. cardamom powder
  • 1 handfull fresh spinach

Instructions

  • Soak the raisins is one cup of filtered water, overnight, in a sauce pan.
  • The next morning bring the water to a boil, and add all of the ingredients except for the spinach.
  • Add more water, if necessary, and cook for 5–10 minutes, adding the spinach at the very end.
