Gomasio Seed Powder

Course Appetizer, Repair Phase


  • spice grinder


  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. flax seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp. cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp. coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp. fennel seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. licorice root powder
  • 1 tsp. sea salt


  • Place all ingredients into a spice grinder and grind into a fine powder. Transfer the powder to a storage container.


You can double or triple the proportions so that you have 1 tsp. on hand to be added to your food.
Most ingredients can be found in the bulk department at your nearest health food store.
