- 1 lemon juiced
- 3 1-inch sections fresh ginger peeled & chopped finely
- 1/2 tsp HImalayan pink salt
Puree or chop the ginger into small pieces and add the lemon juice and salt.
Use ½ tsp. of this mixture with your food, and store the rest in an airtight glass container for later use.
