Initial Consultation
Initial consultations are available via phone, 
or in person. The initial consultation includes a two hour comprehensive exam including pulse and tongue diagnosis, as well as, skin, hair, and facial analysis. The beauty of Ayurveda lies in its ability to understand each individual based on their unique constitution. Therefore the recommendations are customized for each individual person. This approach to optimal health is both simple and effective. Suggestions provided will enable each client to better understand their holistic self and to regain their natural balance (Prakruti) and move away from the imbalanced state (Vikruti). Recommendations may include nutrition, lifestyle, ayur-yoga, pranayama, herbs, and Ayurvedic wellness treatments among other modalities when applicable.
A 30 minute follow-up meeting is included to assess the process of implementing the recommendations and to answer any questions. This is scheduled one week after the initial consultation.
$189 (120 minutes initial consultation and 30 minute follow-up consultation)
Additional Follow up Consultations
It is important to have support and remain focused during the phases of implementing the Ayurvedic recommendations. We are available to address any questions and offer support and information as you move toward your natural state of wellness. Two week, one month and two month follow-up consultations are generally suggested. Visits may be in person,via the telephone, Skype or email.
